How to buy a Holiday Mobile Home at Moor Valley Park?

When you buy a new holiday home at Moor Valley we grant you a license to a pitch for 15 + 10 years.

What does this mean?

This means as a first time buyer you are guaranteed a pitch on Moor Valley Park for 15 + 10 years = 25 years.

When and if you come to sell your Holiday Home

We can offer your caravan for re-sale to the general public at any time you wish with the remainder of the 15-year license. (The extra 10 years are only attributable to you as a first time buyer).

Please note on the purchase of a second hand mobile home the years remaining on the license will vary depending on the age of the caravan.

Ground Rent Charges  March 2006  - March 2007

All Caravan Mobile homes are sold on a Category C Basis. 

For the period 2006 – 2007 the ground rent charged is  £2399.27 Including VAT @ 17.5%

Log Cabins are sold on a Lease Basis. Please ask for details on Ground Rent Charges.

All ground rents are payable in advance for the forthcoming year. They can be paid in full or 3 stage payments.
